Angered by someone who I thought was special, I wrote this.
If I am disgruntled
Then I am the man you have asked me to be

I am what you have created

These words do not form without reason, no,
They are unambiguously born out of malice

How many months did you think could pass before I dislodged you from my heart?

As the snow has come and gone
So has my patience for your tiresome self-righteousness

Oh, great maker of music!

Shaper of life and death!

Oh you, who has given just enough to all who are not your unfaltering allies!

Martyr you must be!

To lie so that you are embraced by anyone who does not know you removed of falsehoods!

You have given so much to your silver-spooned desires!

Call them friend in my sight
Then ask if they too have known your bed as I

Call them my better
Then to their face tell them what I have suffered for you

Show me a man who you say is dear
And ask him if he has held you during your weeping hour

If he can see your deceit

Wield your split tongue once more

Say what must be said to cater to your spoiled heart
Tell yourself I was but a myth

Oh noble knight!
Save us, the disheartened, the dull!

Oh my illustrious redeemer!
Play your accursed melody!

Intoxicate our ears and our lives so that none may question your joy!

Oh gracious being, saintly and evenhanded!

Walk amongst our sleepy world just a while longer!
