We all have days like this in the city, where everything just gets to be too much.
In the busy city-life
I notice every day
People hurrying down the street
Struggling to make their way

Their faces are angry and stern
Their bodies are ready to fight
They’re pushing themselves through
As if trying to get to the light

And I see that I am the same
I’m trying to get through as well
I feel like I’m trapped in the ions
Of this enourmous metropolitan cell

As I try to get on the stuffed train
a man gives me an angry stare
I snap and I scream in his face
“I’m not going to breathe away Your air!”
