A 1st draft poem, abstract relations of colors to emotions.
.

My blue thinks he's purple
My orange is all confused
My indigo is violent
And my violet's been misused
My yellow's long run empty
My red just lost his home
My green day dreams of yesterday
and today he turns to stone.
These colors are just pieces
a shattered crystal vase,
easier to leave them broken
and lable 'a beautiful mistake'
Colors left unplugged
and over run
dim they slowly fade
turning off the last light switch
to the world
we felt we've made.
