A mother misses her child.

The day you went away,
They took away my heart.
I wish that you could stay,
so we can make our start.

I miss you every day,
I know this much is true.
I know that I can say,
That God is holding you.

Keeping you there
safe from any harm
Though I wish that you were here
in the comfort of my arms

I love you everyday
and with every passing moment
I'll love you everyway
Though I can't control it.

The tears that I have cried
wishing you were here
I know that I have tried
to chase away my fears

I fed you from conception
and carried you with me
Baby your perfection
With me you'll always be.
