A girl that committed suicide because of bullies at school. A self-injury suicide.
A headstone grey and tall,
Glistens in the dawning dew.

They had jeered,
They had sneered,
But as for tears,
There were few.

Had they seen,
Had they known,
The scars that,
Thrived and grew?

Upon her arms,
They never knew,
The pain they caused,
The fears they drew.

For now,
She lay dead,
Under a headstone,
Grey and tall.

Her name and date,
And that is all.
But as for her scars,
They never knew.
