Random poetry
Progress is pain
healing can scar
the wounds build up

They can hold down
or strengthen, I think
we make that choice

Fear of fear
so hard to face
but shrinks to nothing

Perhaps someday
fear can shrink
down so far to disappear

Then contentedness
can take over
and grant freedom
