To be in many pieces and then suddenly get broken into one.
Woken by the empty sounds of my broken dreams
where my hopes fell desolate there now stands nightmares
Stepping into the further which is more than it seems
There is no serenity and blood is spilled everywhere

Hacking, biting and clawing at this mortal joke
They think they're so clever in their silver tongue lies
No blade is ever sharp enough to finish the job at my throat
My broken smile no longer hides all that I despise

I whisper, they scream, what a joy, such a sight to see
Their mouths never close, like gaping black holes

They demand, I refuse, so they break me at the seams
Hollow and sorrow are all to true inside my broken dreams

Back into my chambers, such a long awaited slumber
I'm so dead now that I'm rotting, and I love being numb
Time goes on endlessly, counting grains of sand like numbers
I can't help but love the abomination that I've become
