Paranormal ordinary people....
Bruno had a vision of the Virgin Mary. He drove his cab through Rome,
Italy. He was given an order by the statue of the Virgin Mary on his dashboard.
"He must build a mother ship to leave Earth." Bruno had never graduated high
school. And had always been skeptical of religion. He felt confused and while
driving a Trappist monk, he confessed his vision. The monk laughed and asked
Bruno if was drunk. Bruno was sincere. The monk asked to examine the
    statue.

Bruno was afraid to touch it. The monk moved to the front seat and reached
for the Virgin Mary. He was overwhelmed by a brilliant light. The voice said the
planet was doomed to be consumed in fire and they must build a spaceship
to take a small group of chosen people to a second Earth. The monk begged
the tiny statue to forgive his ignorance and vowed to carry out this construction
of a new arch.. Bruno drove them to the Italian center of technology,
The Vatican department of astronomy. The Vatican called this department
astronomy, but its true purpose was the study of UFO paranormal events.
The monk arranged a meeting with the Bishop of astronomy, Osis.

"Emptiness of emptiness, everything is empty.
What gain does a man have for all of his labors under the sun?"
          Bishop Osis quoted Eccles. 1:2-3.

Bruno did not know how to operate a computer. Osis sat at the keyboard
and asked what the taxi driver wanted to know. "Enter ANEXHEXATION and
TETRAGRAMMATION and PRIMEMMATION." Bruno spoke these words
but did not know their meaning. Upon entering the words a detail series
of blue prints appeared. The monk recognized them as a spaceship design.
He had been a NASA Mars rocket designer before they fazed out the department.
The monk set about the shopping list of supplies and logistics of construction.
Bishop Osis called the Pope for manpower and money.

"The Jinn is out of the bottle." the monk smirked.

Every detail of construction came into play .. It was as if the ship built itself.
Bruno looked at the commander chair in the massive vessel .. It was similar
to his taxi car seat. Nuns and monks and priests were selected for the
journey. They would be the new generation in the new Earth.

"The drive is unlike anything I've seen. It breaks through the dimensions
of time and space .. like opening a door and stepping into another room."
          the monk said.

As many animals as could be included were brought aboard.
Specimens of plants and insects were also stored. Bruno looked about in
astonishment and wondered what his purpose could be. The statue that
had been on his dashboard appeared over the controls of the commander's
seat. "Take your throne. This is your vessel to command." the tiny Virgin Mary
said. Bruno sat down and at once knew what to do. He pushed the red button
    and launched the new arch.

The ship vanished. Bishop Osis stood in the trailer outside the construction
site and stared at the empty space... "I hope it worked." he prayed.

    to be continued....

                                      A World Without End

The ship had not moved from it's spot, but the Vatican had vanished.
All around were glistening towers of glass and twisting white spires.
The passengers of the arch looked at their flat screens in awe. Bruno made
an announcement, he would be the first to leave the arch. His reasoning was
that his vision had brought them here. Bruno put on his spacesuit and blessed
himself. There was a lot of praying for Bruno. Everyone on the ship were either
priests or nuns or monks. Bruno made his way out through the pressurized doors.
His first step was on what appeared to a green lawn with buttercups.
He walked slowly in his cumbersome spacesuit.

"Hello! I'm so happy you got my message!" a small women said excitedly.
She was dressed in a loosely fitting burnoose. It had many colors, but was mostly
pink. She did not look like Bruno's dashboard statue. "You are Marry?" Bruno
asked bewildered. "Oh. I am so sorry. No. I'm not. I was trying to communicate
with the 12th Earth and you heard me. You must have a remarkable mind."
the lady kissed Bruno's helmet. "Can I take the helmet off?" he asked.
She nodded yes. Bruno unlatched his helmet and breathed in the freshest
air he had every breathed. He felt energized by its scent.

"This must be Paradise." Bruno exclaimed with his arms
                        stretched out.

"No. This is Pisces. We have strict ecological laws.
But, we've lost so many species in our lawless years.
I see you brought the livestock I asked for. Brilliant!"
the lady clapped her hands and the livestock walked
out of the arch two by two.

Bruno felt a sense of antithesis. Had he been duped? "What is your name?"
he asked. "I? I am 129G.of 231G. Most my friends call me 2923." she
said with a toothy smile. Bruno was certain he had been deceived.
"Did your parents give you this name?" he asked as he removed his spacesuit.
"No one on Pisces has parents. We are cloned in nurseries for specific tasks.
In this way we remain in balance with nature and our culture. My name is
my lot number in my genetic programing." 2923's blue eyes twinkled as
the priests and nuns filed out two by two.

"Oh, splendid! They're all virgins. We need fresh blood.
Cloning weakens the bloodlines. Bruno you have exceeded
my wildest expectations. Would you like some lemonade?"
2923 extended her right hand and a silver tray with two glasses
                        of lemonade appeared.

He was suspicious. But, what did it matter? The ship was vanishing
as Bruno drank his lemonade. He felt dizzy. "Unfortunately, Bruno you are
not a virgin. You are tainted and defective. Your drink will paralyze you.
It will not kill you. I am sending you back to your dimension. I may need
more specimens. You see that is my function to be a gardener and keep
my world green." 2923's words spun about Bruno's head. He could feel
    himself falling.

He could feel the wet pavement and Bishop Osis hands on his
shoulders. "Are you alright? Where are the others?" the Bishop frantically
asked. Bruno took hold of the Bishop's arms,  "They are in Paradise."
