A girl takes a train on a sad journey.
I'm getting on a train
as it pulls into the station.

I get on.

Its warm, cosy and above all relaxing.

I look outside.

Snow begins to fall.

I'm sad.

The train huffs and puffs.

I hear a whistle
and the train begins to move.

I lay my head against the window
watching the world fly by.
Trees, Buildings and Roads
scatter to and from my eyes.

A tear rolls down my face.

The Conductor stomps towards me.
Working face, tightened tie, father of four.
I hand him coins, in return for a ticket.
I glance, before slotting it away.

Minutes feel like years.
They pass at the speed of a snail.

I arrive. Central station.
Sobbing, I head to a bridge.
I remove my diamond ring, throwing it in the water.
The water of hell.

Out of my hand, Out of my life.
