A long journey, guided by dreams, carried out by hope, to reach the far end of the tunnel.
Walking down the path of hope,
all I encountered were dead ends;
but instead of stopping to mope,
I searched all nooks and bends.

Obstacles shook up my belief,
and mocked my optimism;
Even a little trust caused me grief,
splitting my faith in its prism.

And yet my journey continues,
guided by the scent of dreams;
Undaunted by threatening blues,
the ray of hope brightly beams.

I had to forsake memories fond,
and plunge into a deep abyss;
Its end a little speck far beyond,
glowing with the promise of bliss.
