A Rondeau poem
** Image ID #1840761 Unavailable **

In Cupid’s garden matinee,
the signs of love are on display.
Hearts and roses are blooming there,
as he nurtures them with great care.
From Singapore to Santa Fe,

he sprays love potions, until they
couple up in the soulful fray.
The spores of romance fill the air
in Cupid’s garden.

If one begins to drift away,
the mate will endure dark dismay,
and emotions will start to flare.
But, as long as bonds remain there,
lovers will continue to play
in Cupid’s garden.
