This cold space darkens.....
Eventide

This cold space darkens.
Shadowy nightfall spreads
A dream to escape death.

The slate tomb rises.
Enveloped winter wounds
A black song in the wind.

That damp void will turn.
Seraphic spirits keen
A break into the dawn.

A soft fog floats up.
Lamenting shadows fade
This time farther away.
