To be, or not to be... Poem...
Dazed, I gaze outside;
Mulling over my choices,
to become his bride.

What will be in store,
If I leave my life behind,
And walk through that door?

Will it crush me, or
Will it be my saving grace,
Pure white or black lace.

Dawn, the rising sun,
Or black night from which I run;
Will he prove me wrong?

Find strength in our vows;
Or a pride swallowing siege,
With a head that bows?

Identity lost?
My soul restrained by shackles,
Or true love, no cost?

Like blossoming bulbs,
Could our bond grow in the spring,
With the birds that sing?

Or does darkness loom;
Like a creature in the night?
There's impending doom.

Do I walk in faith?
Or cower away in fear?
I need not sear.

I need not be blue,
As there's only one real truth:
There's only me and you...
