A quick poem I needed to get out of my system.
I am Athena
Beautiful and lofty as the dawn
Born of My father
With sword in hand My armor is flawless
Ready for war I will sit perched high on My throne of empty accomplishments
You will love Me

I am Artmetis
Tread lightly
Bow and tunic by the wayside
I bathe in the moon
Don't gaze upon My tenderness
This is My commandment
Break it and My tongue will release the hounds of war
My words will rip the flesh from your bones
Boil your blood
Feast upon your dying form
I will have My own unholy communion

Do not test Me
I will bow before no man
I am My own
I am the Virgin Queen

i am Your whore
Adorn me in silk knots
i am bound to You
my leash nothing more than Your utterance of my name
Bent to Your will
breasts jutting to the sky
pound your mantra into me
who do i belong to?
You
who's pulsing veins do I want etched inside me?
Yours
fingerprints burned into my bruised flesh as
nerve shattering ecstasy blooms in the palm of your fist sheathed in my womb

I am an insomniac
Tanning by the amiable light rays from the TV
Tell me a story
Say how once I follow the program my ass will become marble perfection
My skin sanded smooth
The sway of my breasts will keep perfect time to the throb of men's hard on
Switch stations
The man smiles with his eyes
Tells me that like attract like
The universe is fertile ground
That god's true name is I AM
And this phrase will be the fertile seeds that will soon blossom into my surroundings
Then I am...
Fucked
Throughly and Properly

Because I am lost
I am scared
I am the tomboy playing dress up in a woman's body
I am the gordian knot on my own noose
but my neck will not break i will dance for you
I am a living scab
shielding an exposed nerve
But I will not cry
I just can't tell if I'm alive unless I see my heart pulse from the inside
I am treading water
I am tired
But I am not broken
