Keep going and never give up. Be strong and resilient and you can move forward.
Like water, I shift, I move, I cast.

Like a river, I flow, and am constant and strong.

I do not think of what others are doing.

I only think of what I am  doing.

That I cannot control

Oneself is of control, and control is power

Be like water....

Be flexible...
Forgive, never forget, move on,forward

Be strong...
Take care of yourself, your family, your love

Break down your obstacles and instead...

Be water.
