We don't find love, it finds us and we have to put aside worldly logic to accept it.
Along Came You

Tempt me not, O’ wicked doubt!
On dragon’s wings I soar.
Tarnished blade, be thou released.
My heart can bear no more.

Farewell to you, precious fear.
I cling no more to thee.
Vengeful spite, from here be gone.
From your grip, set me free.

Ageless love, I welcome thee.
I dare not hesitate.
“Tis certain doom, would I choose
To tempt the hands of fate.

Kindred spirit, lost in time,
Our souls collide once more.
Salvation sent from above,
Of this, we can be sure.

Counting time while we’re apart,
Each tick, eternity.
Open arms await you here,
Granting serenity.

Submit to sweet surrender,
From two, we become one.
Ever after, we have found.
Our tale, has just begun.
