Do we take our surroundings for granted? We are surrouned by rich visions of creation.
Between Steps...

I paused on my way between foot steps
Hovering over my dust-free path,
Observing an observation to see
Of how my environment was cast for me.

The way of the warm wooden walls
Sends my imagination a daydream vision:

Some carpenter,
More than content in his work,
Strokes a single panel of wood,
Using first sandpaper, then rubbing on oil.,
Penetrating the dryness of the wood.
The pride of the carpenter's work
Produces a luminous glow.

The wood itself, almost oozes pride
From a final coat of polyeurathane.

This is certainly a wall worthy of my way.
