Yearly:
Black History Contest - Poem/story a day, prompt: pick a figure (or I pick a figure) in black history

Monthly:
"Novels, Stories, and FanFic Ideas"  - fanfic story less than 3k words, prompts/suggestions some rounds/times, mostly freestyle (you don't HAVE to follow prompt, but extra points if you do, to keep it 'fair' will accept suggestions from participants for future prompts and maybe do polls)

Weekly/Monthly
"BNMW Day"  - story/poem about being BNMW, prompts some rounds/times, mostly freestyle

Quote contest: each day/week prompt is a random quote; same author/theme each week (idea prompt: http://www.goodreads.com/author/quotes/7190.Ana_s_Nin )
