A poem based off a nut's travel to land.
A tidal wave hits a beach
It splashes close to a weak beech
The tree falls
Deaf to finches' calls
From the tree falls a nut
Landing on rocks with a "tut, tut"
Into its watery fate
It seemed too late
But the wave hits the bend
And the nut flew and descend
In a forest clearing
As autumn's end is nearing
Each surrounding tree weaves
A blanket of leaves
For the seed
As their final deed
The Earth sows
The nut grows
Into a grand tree
For all to see
