As much as God loves all of us he has chosen men who love people to lead.
This book is about the heart it takes to lead people. When we look at Moses and how he lead. How King David lead. How that men went through the fire to see God's will fulfilled. The main point of this book is to help the reader identify with the love of God through the leader of the church. Not all leaders have the Shepherd's heart but should let God create it in them.
