A piece about my useless skills and the one thing I wish I could do.
I know how to kiss a boy at the door
leave him hanging, always wanting more.

I know how to give a look from across a room,
that’ll make him want me more than a flower wants to bloom.

I’ve been known to break a heart or two
with just my words, and always so few.

But at the end of the day,
the one thing I wanted to do was make you stay.

And it was the one thing I could never do.
