A poem about personal freedom
I know what you don't know.
I know in person the things you fear
and I know there is nothing to fear.
I see you're chains.
I'm thankful their not mine.
You all will see, it's just matter of time
but then how much did you waste committing you're crime.
All I know is I am free.
Free to live and free to be
You touched me but you have never seen me.
I am yes I am.
You are chained because you want to be.
It makes you feel safe but I tell you there is nothing to fear.
Take off your chains and face you're fear.
Step out into the sun embrace the light out here its never night.
Oh yes I'm free to be just who I am.
I am neither animal nor man.
I am the perfect plan.
We all make our mark in the sand.
Only to watch it be washed away as the tide comes in.
That may be you're end but I'm no common man.
I'm free to roam where I please
I will never fold my knee's.
I do not bow for I am king in this life that I live.
Yeah that's right I am that free.
Sorry you been deceived into believing you can make it without me.
But where we go we go together.
The only difference is you will crawl and I will walk.
Stand up, cast off the chains and be free.
