Feral magnetism in a Pantoum poem.
The tawny tabby fastens hypnotic glare
through fishbowl’s watery prism,
while goldfish swim about without a care,
teasing his hunger and feral magnetism

Through fishbowl’s watery prism,
he ponders his plight and wonders how
to sate his hunger and feral magnetism
with pursed lips and furrowed brow.

He ponders his plight and wonders how,
while goldfish swim about without a care.
With pursed lips and furrowed brow,
the tawny tabby fastens hypnotic glare.
