A sad poem fueled by depression with some feel goods. 100 gift points for ratings/reviews.
You may think you're tough.

You may think you're cold as ice.

You may think you've had it rough,

And that all this will suffice.

To keep yourself shielded and safe.

To keep your heart from getting broken.

To keep the prideful look on your face,

You repeat words you've already spoken.

But with a chink in the armor,

Your efforts are now in vain.

But with a chink in the armor,

You're now exposed to the pain.

You may think you can't be hurt.

You may think you're much too strong.

You may think you're too alert,

But ultimately you're wrong.

To keep yourself from falling.

To keep the pain inside.

To keep your eyes from balling,

In friends you try to confide.

But with a chink in the armor,

The damage is already done.

But with a chink in the armor,

The depression has already won.
