When a feeling of “hurt” blast from the past, this should not be a reason to again breed unforgiveness towards the person that cause the hurt.
Once you’ve forgiven, you choose to love the person, be it from afar or in proximity.
And you deal with the hurt in annihilation off the person that instigated it.
You go to God to help deal with the hurt.
God is the orchestrator of all things, and is ultimately accountable for all things. So take it to God is tears, in prayers, in question… in whatever way you feel. But leave the offender out of it.
