Picture Book Text for a fun way to get your little one going in the morning.
When I wake up in the morning,  I scrunch up my nose, wiggle my toes, and jump out of bed.

I reach up to the ceiling, with a great big yawn. Then, I wiggle myself all over, to get ready for some fun.

I stick my arms out like Frankenstein, and wiggle them about. First, I wiggle out my left arm. Then, I waggle out my right. I put my hands on my hips, and jump with all my might.

Now I jiggle out my left leg. Then, I jaggle out my right. I put my knees and feet together, and hop with all my might.

I hop to the left, and I hop to the right. Then, I spin around in circles, with my arms out straight.

When I start to get dizzy, I stop and shake my head. Now it's time for one last wiggle, from my toes up to my head.
