Poem about childhood and adulthood.
Can I be a child and throw a tantrum and pout
when life is going crazy and I'm feeling down?
Can I be a child and bow my head and cry
When I can't find all the answers to my Whys?

Can I be a teenager and fall in love for the first time
And think that the great big world can be all mine?
Can I be a teenager and not a have a care
Than when I grow up the younger years won't be there?

Can I be an adult, that teen, and child all in the same person?
To know that I can be anything I want is the greatest gift and be blessed.
When I know the answer will always be "YES"!
