My letter to me
Dear Roger:

It’s that time again, November means NaNoWriMo. Last year, you finished 50,000 words, but it wasn’t much. You did manage to write all those short stories and did do a crude story to entwine them all together, but this year, you’re better prepared. You have a premise, a plot, characters, and an outline.

Nothing’s going to stop you this year. Nothing! You can do this. You know you can. No excuse of, “I can tell a story, but not show one.” It doesn’t matter. Write it, tell the story. You know people will read it.

There’s a market for “Told Stories” and you know it. People enjoy the folksy, campfire tales you’ve shared in the past, why not now? Why not for NaNoWriMo?

Exactly! No excuse!
