Thanksgiving In The Grocery Store.
Thanksgiving in the grocery store
Hamburger - napkins - foil and more
All the ease of “open, brown and serve”
Nice - piped-in music - paper towels - coffee that I deserve
Kleenix - self-serve counters - frozen cherries and soap
So grateful Father - the bakery - and plastic rope
Good to mention while thinking about Your love
I can’t imagine life without duct tape - even Dove.
Vegetables - fruit - standing in line is a gift
I find this weekly trip is becoming a great lift
Now I count my blessings in a market cart
God’s grace - for I am less than pure at heart
