The beach in summer.
Tiny footprints in the sand
Running, leaping, flying
Dash for the water
A race to the waves

Dune grass waving
Whistling, sounding, scratching
Floral crowns of green
A gentle breeze blowing by

Rocky outcrops
Dropping, splashing, rushing
Barefoot on the cliffs
Toes encrusted with muck

Driftwood castles
Ashes, blaze, inferno
Campfire nights by the sea
Salty s'mores on the coals

A child's paradise
