A Poem about the falseness of HUMANITY It is about REAL caring for the NEEDY
THEY CARED

There was this little old lady who hardly had any bread
She Moved among friends who always said they cared
They boasted, screamed and sang about this caring label
But this old soul with tattered clothes saw little on her table

Although her clothes were tattered and life showed she was battered
The dear old soul who had no bread had things that really mattered
And all her friends who said they cared knew little of her passions
For this loving old lady with no label could boast of real compassion

No schooling in her childhood days or parents who really bothered
Grew up in her teenage years and with love was never smothered
For this old lady with no wealthy status and no food upon her table
Showed all her friends who said they cared that life is not a label

Time has come and time has gone for the poor yet loving soul
No fancy airs or beauty cares as she lived in her own little world
Yet this little lady tattered and torn with little food upon her table
Taught friends who said they cared life is more than just a label
