Six part haiku trying to make simplify a complicated situation.
I.    "Year two; year seven."
      Widely known as the hardest.
      Notice the Blackness.

II.  December is cruel.
      Icy darts heartlessly thrown..
      Irretrievable.

III.  First times have land mines.
      My role models are no help
      to guide me the correct way.

IV.  And neither have you.
      I love you. Please remember:
      We told God we'd stay.

V.  I cannot erase
    my actions fed by my fears...
    ...and unworldly fool.

VI.  Year two. Year seven.
      Crazy things happen: but know;
      Resentment blooms and fades too.
