Chapter 3 of my book Reiki 11
The meeting chapter 3

Matilda turned into the road that lead straight into her local town, where she worked. She

prepared herself for for what she might see, as she drove along her local high street.

Since she had become a Reiki master she could now actually see why people why sick

and she was able to see what wrong with people. From birth she had been able to see

people's auras, but being attuned into the highest level of reiki energy she could now

tell exactly what was wrong with people by looking at them. Not something she

necessarily wanted to be able to do on a beautiful morning like this or any morning for that

matter. As she approached the high street she started to see the different people walking

down the high street and the array of different coloured auras showing what state of

health they were in. Also there would always be a few that also had different coloured

enter-ties or energy creatures attached to their bodies. This is not so strange a thing as

you might think, because all humans are also energy beings, but you have a physical body

and these do not.

This morning the was a man limping with a blue creature like attached to his bad leg.

When Melissa saw things like this she would always send some healing reiki signs there

way. This would send what ever should 'nt be there, away. At least for a while anyway,

and she did this to the limping man. Almost instantly he started walking normally to the

mans surprise, but not Matilda'

Occasionally, like this morning she would pass somebody that she could see there was no

hope for, which of coarse saddened her a lot. But she new it came with the job.

This morning she saw an old lady walking with crutches. She could see her aura was

brown, and it had numerous en-ties clinging to her bones and internal organs, where

Matilda could see she had cancer which had spread through her body.

A few reiki healers of the highest level can see right into human bodies when someone is

ill, and Matilda was becoming one of these. Her third eye was gradually revealing more

and more that had been hidden to her before. It was useful in her healing sessions, but it

was a burden in everyday life. All she could do for someone as I'll as this was sending her

some reiki signs to hopefully help with any pain and cope with dying. This is what she did

for this lady this morning , while driving past. She just thought of the signs and imagined
l
them entering the lady's body.

Matilda's thoughts quickly return to her driving, as it always must. As she reached the

traffic lights they changed to green, as they always did. Melissa had once sent it some

healing energy and seemed to sense her presence from a distance and would be on green

just as she arrived. Matilda had done healing on every traffic light in the towns, since she

had become a Reiki. In reiki healing it is believed that all inanimate objects as well as

machinery have energy or life force within them and appreciate being healed.

She arrived a work just on time. The orb cats followed her into work. Venus getting

left behind and initially getting shut outside. He managed to find a window open and

joined the others to float unseen by Matilda under the ceiling above where Matilda sat at

he desk. They hung motionless, so as not to be seen. For any movement might show

them up. Matilda typed away unaware of their presence. She was the only one there in the

mornings.

Matilda's boss was an old friend who was very good to her and paid her above the going

rate. He had once been one off her patience and Matilda had cured him of a lifetime of

eczema. He was eternally grateful and would do anything to accommodate her. He owned

this publishing company and Matilda spent most of her time writing letters to people.

The morning went by quickly with was uneventful. In fact it was pretty boring in Matilda's

eyes and she could not wait to get into the park in the sunshine to have her lunch. The

park was opposite where she worked.

She left work, brought some sand-wedges from the mobile caterers that were always

parked outside the Park. She then went to sit in the park in the afternoon sunshine.

The orb cats followed her out and found a squirrel in the park to play with , near to where

Matilda sat. He seemed to be able to see them and was intrigued by them. He chased

them around and around the trees, up and down the trunks and threw the branches.

Matilda sat there until about 2 o,clock eating her sand-wedges and watching the

squirrel leaping about the trees in front of her seat until he went out of sight.

She then watched as the sky quickly clouded over. Matilda looked at her watch.

It was 2o'clock . Time to get back to work , she thought. She was sitting in the by now

empty park on a old park bench, that looked like it had seen better days. This was the park

she always sat in to have her lunch. Today it seemed different to Matilda. To start with the

park seemed completely empty. There were no birds singing or to be seen now. Normally

there were ducks , geese, and swans near by or on the small stream that run threw the

park near to the park bench that Matilda always sat on to have her lunch { that was if it

was not raining or freezing). On these days she stayed in the office where she worked.

Although Melissa knew she must not get back to the office , she decided to walk to the

stream instead of walking towards the park entrance. The orb cats had seen Matilda go

and stopped playing with the squirrel, to rush after her. They had by now got a long way

from her and had to move quickly to catch up with her.

As Matilda walked along the lightly gravelled path, she noticed a slight mist over the

stream. Darker clouds seemed to be gathering in the sky and it had suddenly turned

decidedly chilly. As she got closer to the stream she noticed a lovely honeysuckle smell.

She looked around to see where it might be coming from. On either side of her , in the

distant were a few tall trees , but nothing that could be producing this perfume. As she

reached the stream the mist seemed to increase all around her and completely engulf her

She suddenly realised that as she could not see the stream, she was in danger of falling

in. So she turned and was surprised to see a lady on the path she had just walked along.

The reason she had not heard this lady,s footsteps was because she was floating about a

foot above the ground, her wings outstretched as she floated above the path.

To most people this would be the time to run, but to Matilda this was nothing, and indeed it

was a regular occurrence to see an angel. This angel was however different , as she

was dressed in a long violet dress and from behind her outstretched wings, stronger

shades of violet and purple occurred in patches across her cloths and body. The feathers

on her back also seemed tinged with violet. Matilda thought how beautiful she would be if

she were not so completely violet.

As the angel came out of the mist and she got closer to Matilda she lifted her head and

looked straight into Matilda's eyes. In the centre of her eyes, Matilda could see a violet

flame. It was then that Matilda realised this was one of the angels of the violet flame.

The mist now completely enveloped them, Matilda waited for the angel to speak. The

angel let out some high pitched haunting words that echoed threw the trees. It was a

language Matilda had never heard, so she could not understand it.

A sad look came over her the angels face and a tear run down her cheek, and then she

gradually disappeared in front of Matilda's eyes. Meanwhile the orb cats waited a few feet

back also watching.

" Don' t go, I don't understand you "

Matilda pondered on what this all mean’ nt as she rushed back to the office. The mist now

cleared as quickly as it had appeared, so she could now see where she was going.

She went threw the Park gates crossed the road, narrowly missing being knocked over,

The office were she worked was in an old white Georgian building with large sash

windows.

Her boss and friend Greg was not there very often. He was always out, meeting

people. His other assistance Debra , was always there in the afternoon however, much to

Matilda 's annoyance.

As soon as she entered the office Debra remarked on how late she was. Matilda agreed

with her, as she plunged herself under the desk to tidy up her papers she had dropped on

the floor before lunch. Matilda was not a particularly tidy person, but was making a real

effort , since she had become a reiki master. This is due to mess causing static, negative

or low energy levels in a room.

‘ the printer is not working , can you fix it with your healing powers ? “ asked Debra

Matilda went over to the printer and put both hands on the printer. She intended it to work

for the greater good.

Normally after a few minutes , it would start up again, but to Melissa’s surprise it did not.

She tried drawing some ancient reiki signs on it, but it still did not work.

Shall I get someone into fix it “ said Debra

Yes ,its not obversely for the greater good, that it should work, for some strange reason. I

can usually fix it” muted Melissa under her breath.

Maybe the guy coming to fix it is some hunk That one of us is supposed to meet.”

Matilda agreed with her. Most of the time Matilda got on very well , but she found her

irritating when she started filing her nails, when she should be working. She did not want

to get her into trouble by telling Greg. He did not know that she spent a lot of time on her

nails as he was never there and Debra never did her nails in front of him when he was

there. Melissa just hoped she would not get worse as otherwise she would have to say

something to Greg.

Debra searched threw the phone book eventually finding the number of a computer

expert. She picked up the phone and dialled the number, while Matilda went back to her

desk and carried on rearranging her paper work. She was disappointed that she had not

been able to start the printer and she wondered why .

After phoning the computer expert Debra started filing her nails again, much to Matilda's

annoyance.

Most of the rest of the afternoon passed by very quickly. The orb cats floated motionless

above her head. The had mostly fallen asleep with boredom by now. Debra did eventually

stop filing her nails and do some work.

The one good thing that Matilda did like about Debra was that she kept a keen interest in

Matilda's healing work. There was snot much else that Matilda liked about her. She had

bleached blonde hair she dressed like a teenager and Matilda thought she was generally

pretty boring.

Matilda was of afro Caribbean origin , was not overly fussy about her appearance.

She liked to wear comfortable cloths , sensible shoes and she never wore make-up or nail

polish.

Most of the afternoon passed by uneventfully. Debra enquired about how her healing

work had gone over the weekend. Then at around 4.30 they both jumped out of their seats

, when a sudden gust of wind caught the office door, and blow it open with such force ,

that it knocked the waste paper basket over, that had been standing near to the door.

The orb cats fell out of there position just below the ceiling and fell to the ground, before

picking themselves up to go back to there original position. They were now wide awake.

Debra seemed to recover quickly and carried on talking, while Matilda rushed to pick up

the contents of the waste paper bin.. However as she got to the dustbin she sensed

someone or something coming threw the door. Sure enough she caught the outline of a

transparent figure stepped threw the wall, followed by what Matilda thought were several

transparent sheep. The sheep run threw Melissa and over to the water container. They

seemed to want to drink some water but their heads past right threw the drinks dispenser.

Matilda glanced around at Debra . She seemed to be completely oblivious of the

shepherd boy and sheep, who was by now trying to kick the drink dispenser, but his feet

just passed straight threw it. The orb cats, had by now hidden behind Matilda's desk, as

they knew that they might be seen by these other ghosts.

Matilda was not scared of ghosts either as she had seen them many times before in her

life. She sat back at her desk and pretended to be writing something as she watched the

room gradually filling up with ghosts of what looked like egyptian slaves and a few

Egyptian soldiers.

Then in walked a middle aged blonde man dressed in casual cloths. He seemed as pale

as the ghosts around him and Matilda could see straight away that he had a headache.

He had the faint outline of a Egyptian Pharaohs head piece on his head.

He stood in the centre of the room surrounded by all the ghosts and more were still coming

into the room. He seemed totally unaware of them.

He smiled and said ‘

’ I am hear to fix the printer ‘“

OH good it’s about time , follow me it it is over here‘

Debra said showing him over to the printer

At this point two of the ghosts decided to sit on Debra’s desk, the fell right threw it and

threw the floor. This amused Melissa , she had never seen ghosts so unable to connect

into our physical world. More seemed to follow him into the room including more sheep.

Matilda noticed they'll carried an ancient reiki symbol, except for one , that was

different and she had not seen before.)

An angel and an indian spirit guide at that point decided to sit on Debra' s desk.

The computer technician started to take the computer apart.Matilda carried on working

occasionally looking upward to watch the entourage that had arrived in the office, that only

she and her orb cats were aware of. They took no notice of her and some of them seem to

be squabbling amongst themselves. Then something caught her eye outside the window.

She strained her neck to look outside the window, to see a line of yet more Egyptian

slaves ( men were only clad only in lone cloths). Matilda,s gaze was drawn from the

window by Debra swearing.

She had started to swear at her computer.

"Can you fix my Matilda ? Matilda can fix computers you know

She said to the technician

Oh Really
'
But she could not fix that printer

No, but she does normally said Debra

At this point Matilda walked over to the computer Debra was working on. She put her

hands on the screen, asked in her mind for the computer to be fixed for the highest

best. Sure enough this time it started up , when she pressed the start button.

You have not lost your touch said Debra

Thats just coincidence" said the computer guy.

Matilda did not of coarse like this so she thought she would let the computer guy know just

how clever she was by asking him how long he had had his headache for with the red

faint outline of a pharaohs head piece she could see above his head.

The tech guy almost almost dropped his screwdriver saying "

'had it for weeks but how do you know ?

Well with the reiki energy , I can sort it out for you you know.

I have had tests at the hospital , scans etc , so doubt if you can sort it out , but I will give

anything a go. I live on pain killers .

I have slot free tomorrow at 5

Thats great, where do you live ?

Down the old track to the mansion with the turrets.

Oh really, I was found as a baby in a dustbin at the end of that track

Well is aren't that a coincident said Debra.

You practically neighbours !

With that he went over to Matilda and held out his hand ,

My name is Bacchus, old fashioned I know.

Matilda , please to meet you Bacchus.

By now there was not a space that was not filled by a ghost of some sort

Bacchus noticed her looking around the room

What are you looking at ?

Debra interrupted

She can probably see something you can not see

Oh right Bacchus said doubtlessly

Well I think you need a new printer , I cannot fix it . Get your boss to order you one.

Its ancient anyway, don,t now why it has been going for so long .

I will see you tomorrow, I know theres only one other house that lane, which must be

yours.

Thats right at the violet house and I swear it gets more violet everyday Mitilda matted

under her breath.

With that the Bacchus smiled and he went out the door.

Both Debra and Matilda' looked at other.

Wow he was good looking was ' nt he ,

Yep he was beautiful and I get to spend the an hour with him.
.
Can I come said Debra

No , the reiki energy will not work with any one else there

thats any one human she matted under her breath

Could you see anything around him asked Debra

Could I see anything around him ? said Matilda as she watched as one by one the

Egyptian slaves follow him out of the room . Some used the door and others just walked

threw the walls . The sheep followed the shepherd boy .

When the last one had gone threw the door the door blow shut with a loud bang.

Wow we I guess the answer is defiantly yes to that said Debra

What the hell was that ?

Matilda was about to say that was the most Ghosts she had ever seen in the whole of

my life but was stopped in her tracks when she saw Venus materials on the bookcase

behind Debra.

Oh no it was just the wind , Matilda said as she started glaring at Venus .

She quickly thought of something to put on Debra,s bookcase and rushed over to it.

Grabbing Venus (who turned back into an orb ) and putting her in her pocket.

She then went into the toilets and got him out from her pocket,

Now what are you doing you naughty cat, you better come home with me, incase you

never find your way back.

With that he flew out of the window.

Right please yourself and don't say I did not warn you ! said.Matilda and went back into

the office.

Matilda decided to go over and try to fix the printer again.

She put both hands on the printer , wishing in her mind for it to work for the greater good.

Sure enough it started sending the paper threw and the last printing job came threw.

Oh you done it again, now isn't that strange, you must be meant to meet that chap and

spend the morning with him said Debra and she gave Matilda a big smile.

So Matilda realised the universe wanted her to meet Bacchus. He obversily had some

problem with those ghosts following him and there must be some reason why sheep had

reikki symbols on them .
