the voice inside us all demanding to know why God does what he does.
Cry of the Lost
God are you there?
Your children are crying
I’m struggling and trying
Your people are dying
God are you there?

God are you listening?
My heart is still breaking
But life just keeps taking
My faith now is shaking
God are you there?

God are you caring?
My tears just keep flowing
My doubts keep on growing
My cracks forever showing
God are you there?

God are you healing?
Your daughters are calling
Your sons’ hopes are falling
Your people’s faith is stalling
God are you there?



God will you guide me?
My path now has failed
My cries I have wailed
My shame’s been unveiled
God are you there?
