A Poem on International Mother Language Day.
You have given us a language, an exception
You have taken blood, lives and sacrifices
O! Ekush! Giver and Taker
Make us all courageous!
Take away all our weariness!
Bring back Vigour, Fortitude and Truth
We crave to split like you when you ascend!
We want to ride with you and never return!
Mark this world changed forever
Constitute you our remembered expression!
Never to lose you here after
O! Ekush! How can we forget you?
You are the Maker and Reviver
You are the solitary
So let’s recreate the tone of our
O!My Bangla you are my love forever!
