Rising above a life of pain - a rhyming poem.
Laughing and singing, yet destined to fall -
My heart is enlivened; fears nothing at all.
Moments still pounding, then light as a leaf,
So able to muster with just my belief.

So bold is my heart as it soars above grief.
What's left is the rapture of joyous relief!
A glorious journey, so un-torn apart,
Begins with the taste of another fine start...
