I was about to play The Sims and I just thought about this. Thanks for reading. :)
The life of a Sim

I take my first breath of life,
But I am not born an infant, but a man.
Wait, I was a man,
But now I’m a woman.
What does this mean?

My appearance change every second.
Next my clothes, and then my name.
I don’t have control in any of this.
Someone even changed my traits and personality.
Who or what can be doing this?

After this I’m put in a house,
But with people I don’t know.
I’ve never seen any of them before,
But I’m married to one.
How did this happen?

Now I’m cooking dinner.
Wait, now I’m eating it.
But I didn’t get a say in this.
Something that’s controlling me knew I was hungry.
How did they know my needs?

I’m now looking in the paper for a job.
Criminal job sounds fun,
But I get made to work for military instead.
Well whatever is controlling me hates me.
Why is someone ruining my fun?

After about 50 days I’m an old woman,
I’m retired and have nothing to live for.
My husband is dead, my children are all grown up.
They don’t have time for me.
Why was I made?

I’m in a small room with nothing but an oven.
It makes me cook and set a fire, But there’s no doors.
No one can rescue me, so I just stand there and burn in pain.
After everything that’s happened, this is how it ends.
Why is the controller so cruel?
