April is National Poetry Month. Hope I can make itagain.
April is the Time
I’ll tell you why I love April.
Winds bring air that is fresh and warm
Trees produce their tiny buds
Clouds shower our yard with gentle rain
Birds make the nest that will hold their eggs
Turtles begin to sun themselves on logs or rocks
I can walk outside without a coat
Everyone seems to have a great smile
Winter seems to be behind us.
April is the time when all seems right.
