My latest screw-up - being genuine. A rhyming poem.
Near another precipice,
Somehow, couldn't fail to miss.
Landing hard may come real soon,
In the morning, afternoon.

Driving slow, I head to work,
Somehow seeming quite a jerk.
Cast in stone, I duly lay,
Nothing seems to go my way.

Now at work, my patience tested,
Heartaches gone and ne'er protested.
A task fulfilling, easing stress,
Never an unholy mess!

Working hard, I bide my time,
Never acting, feel sublime.
Checks shall come and pay is good,
All of this is understood...

Often, creatures fail to stomach
All in life which makes them sick.
But that case is much less rare,
When the real you isn't there...

Be the real you, make the grade,
But then seek some blessed shade -
Sometimes, actions seem to fit,
When less honest, not worth spit...
