A young cat plays in a field of mice till night fall when he gets sleepy and falls asleep.
Danderlion the Cat

Soon you'll be running, no more crying,
You'll run in the sun, young Danderlion...
Summer daze walking here and there,
just feeling time slip away,
keeping ahead of the drifting cloud...
You reach across to the sunny day,
jumping up to cry out loud...

Like the ancient race of Mayan,
feeling waves of time, you're hiding,
to keep the new of old ways from dying,
You're ready to sleep young Danderlion...

Night falls heavy with light,
burning across the fields of mice...
Playing tag in twilight's eyes,
Danderlion waits to pounce...

His eagerness fades as darkness fills the skies,
weigh heavy on his soft cat eyes...
His quest forgotten,
the Danderlion dreams...
Soon you'll be running, no more crying,
You'll run in the sun, young Danderlion...
