I'm not so sure about this one but here goes...
Roses are red

Violets, not quite blue

Swaying in the wind

Placed just for you

We were meant to be

But a whisper of fate

Forever in your eyes,

The presence of hate

There you were

Holding me tight

Sing me to sleep

On a starry night

If you let me know

Am I your true love?

Or was it my foolishness

You were beginning to tug

Why was it so

That you took me in

Instead of leaving me

To rot from within

This world is too harsh

For a face like sun

Take me away

Together we can run
