The writers cramp entry.
My whirlwind life has calmed,
to a gentle rocking breeze.
My mind is so relaxed now,
my body feels at ease.

My dreams were always halted,
cut short by that daily grind.
Long sleep is so over due,
for my bed I regularly pined.

Slumber brings wishes to life,
my dreams seem to ebb and flow.
Awaking I peek over the cover,
then stick my head under the pillow.

My bodies clock is all wrong,
its woke me earlier than the sun.
Where is my massive lay-in,
this is not my idea of fun.

Laying here wide awake,
I feel the sleep escape me.
I wonder what to do today,
my life is suddenly so free.

I wander round my home,
looking for things to do.
Boredom creeps up quickly,
staring out at the new view.

Morning drags on slowly,
digging heels as it goes.
What to do with all this time,
life before was hard to slow.

What was fun for me in the past,
when being young was easy.
How did I fill my time back then,
when life seemed so breezy.

Remembering what life I had,
brings every memory back.
I need to sort my self out,
get fun me back on track.

My life is somewhat calmed,
not a whirlwind in sight.
That's not to say its over,
I wont go down without a fight.
