Etheree poem. Dark Dreamscapes (August) entry. Photo Prompt 1.
Hi! I'm kind of excited about this poem, because I had never even heard of an Ethree style for poetry before today. I really like it. :P I usually write free form or haiku...I may have to add this into the mix as well! Word count: 39. Sentence count: 10 (does not count Author's Note)


Gone;
slip off
the callous
pale (sharp) masks.
Duplicate, like a
Janus in the light.
Darkness is falling down;
shattered imagination
and impenetrable despair.
The ivory cage is crashing now,
do not forget: it is all in your mind.
