What questions are asked to the mirror
Mirror, mirror on the wall,
Show me someone dark and tall,
Show me someone better than me,
Show me who I long to be.

Mirror, mirror you show my face,
You show me whole and what a disgrace,
You show my faults,
You show my lies,
But you don’t show who I am inside.

Mirror, mirror if I slit my wrists,
And write with my blood,
Will these feelings persist?
These feelings of hate, envy, and woe,
I use to like myself you know.

Mirror, mirror if I turn away,
Will my reflection be different another day?
Will it change like the moon?
Or am I forever doomed,
To hate this person that I see,
Is this all there is to me?

Mirror, mirror if I starve myself,
Will I be pretty like everyone else?

Mirror, mirror if I break down and cry,
If I give up and never again try,

Mirror, mirror don’t you see?
What you show is killing me.
