Object Description

One of the activities Dr. Michael Lancing asks his students to complete is a journal. In this journal they are to write about their feelings regarding the material covered in class. The students can also use it to map out their papers for the semester. Each week he gives them a question to contemplate, which they are to answer in the journal. The journal can either be written in a physical book, or it can be typed up in a file on a student’s personal computer. If the student chooses to use their computer s/he will have to keep printed copies in a binder. Mike collects the journal throughout the semester, and adds an extra ten points to the students’ overall grade.
