image prompt poem in the style of: synchronicity
I stalk your night in dress of blood,
a trail of bodies clings to me,
Dragging.

I infect your minds with anguish,
fear, pain, and death, which becomes me,
Torture.

All indiscriminate victims,
I encounter along the way,
Snatching.

Cries and pleas, they spur me further,
Filling my rage with such desire,
Pleasure.

For small moments I feel content,
My endless void slightly fuller,
Sated.

Quickly growing from deep within,
and I rise to the hunt once more,
Savage.

From behind me footsteps whisper,
I battle with naught but shadows,
Waiting.

I stalk her night, my shield of blood,
her body added to my trail,
Honor.
