A poem of my grandmother
The beautiful rose loses a petal
It flows down onto the meadow

This rose has seen many nights and days
And experienced many things in different ways

Follow the path which a rose has turned
No one else can bear the burden but she's not concerned

The rose is sadden deeply by the loss
A ingle petal? Who would've thought?

Oh no this petal was so much more
This was a love unknown before

Yet it is time for a rose to grow
Never to old for another show

The rose is so strong and regal in ways
The rose will live on getting stronger day by day
