pain and loss
Dark and cold, the fear it burns
Slowly, swiftly, biting
My flesh, my soul my memory.
It never ends it never slows
The fear inside me only grows,
To what is not a fantasy but merely
Pain and Tragedy.

I let you sleep, you let me burn to
Nothing but a heap of swirling
Whirling ashes, leaping up to the sky
Only to be dragged back down by the
Darkness deep inside. Have no fear the
Meek ones say as strong ones quiver,
Rot and decay.
