A couple enters their new house.
Orchids and roses, the scent of lilac;
couple in love, flora comes into view.
Open the door to their new sugar shack.

First at the sight they were taken aback;
Johnny Robb sighed and so did Mary Lou.
Orchids and roses, the scent of lilac.

Door was mahogany outlined in black;
Johnny held Mary intent to make woo.
Open the door to their new sugar shack.

Entering newlyweds steadied on track;
flowers abundant from out of the blue!
Orchids and roses, the scent of lilac.

Mary grabbed Johnny and gave him a smack;
but it was lovingly lip impromptu.
Open the door to their new sugar shack.

Passing all flora, they made for the sack;
beauty’s arrangement urged love to accrue.
Orchids and roses, the scent of lilac;
open the door to their new sugar shack.
