How it feels to share your creations with others.
Simple words arranged in form.
Designed to emanate
the aura of enlightenment
on those who congregate

In hopes of learning something new,
from carefully arranged
words, that separately could not
effect those lives be changed.

I'd kept them safe within me.
Now, I've set them free to fly.
In hopes that somewhere, someone
would need them, bye and bye.

My secret thoughts laid open
for all the world to see,
like a child upon an altar,
these words are my baby.

Desperately seeking some
keen wisdom on their fate,
they pull apart the offering
I put upon their plate.

My sacrificial gift to them
dissected to it's core,
torn to shreds and separated,
cast upon the floor.

They criticized, berated.
They didn't see its worth.
They didn't love my baby,
as I did when I gave birth.

But then it all was clear
with one simple statement heard;
"You saved my life with your words.
My sight's no longer blurred."

And so, as all life goes,
one will generate another.
Those words re-fueled my passion.
I'm once again a Mother.
